Charged With a Crime? We Fight Back.
I’m originally from Southeastern Kentucky, but East Tennessee has become home in every way that matters. I built this firm alongside my husband and law partner, D.T. Christmas, with a shared belief that our clients deserve to be treated with dignity and a straight forwardness they’re unlikely to experience at other firms.
I care, probably too much sometimes, but I have always believed that caring is part of doing this work well and prefer to take a client centered approach to providing representation. I want clients to understand what is happening, what their options are, and what comes next. I value clear communication, practical guidance, and helping people feel a little steadier when everything around them feels uncertain.
As Managing Partner, I am also very focused on the efficiency of our firm. I care about systems, organization, and making sure our office runs in a way that allows us to serve clients well. To me, efficiency is not cold or impersonal; It is one of the ways we show respect for our clients’ time, stress, and trust.
I may very well be Mrs. Attorney Christmas, but I’m also a mother, music lover, occasional seamstress, and unapologetic handbag lover. One of my most favorite parts of life is cheering on my daughters in their own adventures, with a fabulous bag on my arm and an eccentric playlist for the drive.
At the heart of everything I do, in law, business, and life, is a desire to build something meaningful, take care of people well, and leave things better than I found them.
“Justice delayed is justice denied.”
