Susan Hatmaker is one of the first friendly faces clients meet at Christmas Law Group. She brings warmth, patience, and steady support to our office every day. As our legal secretary, Susan helps keep the firm organized, the phones answered, the calendars moving, and the details handled, often before anyone even has to ask.

A lifelong Clinton resident and proud University of Tennessee graduate, Susan is deeply rooted in the community she calls home. She is honest, sincere, dependable, and the kind of person folks know they can count on.

Susan is a devoted mother to two daughters, with a graceful grit about her when she rolls up her sleeves. She has a strong appreciation for Tennessee Walking Horses and the rural culture of East Tennessee. You’ll often find her enjoying Mexican cuisine with her closest friends and occasionally stepping in as Mr. Christmas’s part-time videographer when his selfie stick is nowhere to be found.
