D.T. Christmas and I worked together during a DUI jury trial. As a fellow criminal defense attorney, I can say that D.T. is a fierce and fearless advocate, and I was glad to have him by my side. In particular, D.T. effectively cross-examined some of the police officers during the trial, and successfully objected to exclude inadmissible evidence. This went a long way towards protecting the client’s rights and ensuring they received a fair trial. We ultimately received a favorable verdict for the client following the jury trial. I would highly recommend D.T., Celia, and the entire Christmas Law Group for anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

Yeah I'm here because of TikTok and the one star review. I will say this my review is honest and I have not ever hired attorney Christmas to represent me. But I did in fact have a lengthy phone conversation with him. I am a CDL driver from bristol TN. I got a speeding ticket 19mph over. Called Mr Christmas he immediately called me back and we had a long chat about everything and different ways we could defend the ticket in different price ranges depending on what I wanted to spend to keep my license and job. Mr Christmas in my experience was more than willing to adjust price to help me. I would have hired him if the judge didn't dismiss ticket when I went to court to ask for some more time to hire a lawyer and such. In my opinion Mr Christmas is exactly who he says he is and does what he says he did NOT try to take advantage of me or my situation he genuinely wanted to save my license and means to provide for my family. Mr Christmas is very well up to date on the CDL masking laws and such and I recommend him to anyone needing help with CDL or any legal matter.

Definitely give Christmas Law a call if you need legal help, my case was dismissed quick and easy. DT Christmas is a great guy who was very transparent and got me quality representation at a better rate than I could’ve asked for. D.T. Christmas, with Christmas Law Group represented me regarding criminal charges brought against me in 2023 . My case was finally heard by a jury in June 2025. It was a unique case with many extenuating circumstances. I can’t say enough about his representation during several court appearances over that period of time. During the jury trial his opening statement , evidence presentation and closing arguments were crucial in insuring a just outcome. This man helped restore my civil liberties and freedoms. I don’t believe you could find more professional representation. I am forever grateful .

My brother was facing life bc swat and tbi raided his house and charged him with drugs that not his. We hired another well known lawyer but things wasn’t going right. We went to Mr and Mrs Christmas and they fought for my brothers innocence with everything in them they fought. My brother is a free man bc of the Christmas’s.
